ROBERT NEELY PROVINE is a son of Samuel Findley and Elizabeth Bachelor (Creekmore) Provine. He was born 28 March 1840 in Coles Creek, Yalobusha, Mississippi. He married Nancy C. Goyen 1 December 1859 in Oktibbeha County, Mississippi. She was born March 25, 1840 in Starkville, Oktibbeha County, Mississippi. Robert died 11 December 1929. Nancy died 22 Nov 1922. Both died in Coles Creek and are buried in Shiloh Cemetery, Coles Creek, Calhoun County, Mississippi.
